PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77622Q0270 Phoenix Package 25 Conveyor Belt System The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix VA Healthcare System Annex (Phoenix VA Clinic) has a requirement for a Conveyor Belts System as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Phoenix VA Clinic- 32nd Street Project. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unrestricted. Only responses from Authorized dealers of the proposed product manufacturer will be accepted. Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW) and pricing schedule. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov, no later than Wednesday April 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
