This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with Part Number(s) 3004T67P01, 66787-1032, BH00184-3, H29412-3, VN439W02, J1092P04, H50692-4, BH01816-4, P/N 4058229, 80923-624, 4058229, 4058230, 84166-524, VN719W054, and SS5112-410 122-10935-1, which will include NSN(s) 5305-01-163-5796, 5310-00-304-4490, 5310-00-796-4396, 5310-00-904-5790, 5310-01-130-2789, 5310-01-132-5773, and 5310-01-139-6790.

The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively.  Item solicited on a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside basis.  First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination and FOB Destination, and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies.   AMC/AMSC 1/B.  Sole Source Items.  Source(s) in the PID:  ESNA LLC CAGE 019L2, SPS Technology CAGE 56878, Bristol Industries CAGE 27238, HOWMET CAGE(s) 15653 and 92215 General Electric CAGE 07482, Raytheon CAGE 77445, Hi-Shear, CAGE 73197, Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286, Aribank Mfg CAGE 84256 and Lisi Aerospace Canada CAGE 45286.   These items are stock buy items. Higher level quality requirements applies.  Export Control Applies.  "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.  Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services."  Air Force and Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI)  applies.   Requested deliveries varies.     Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  The contract will be effective for Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to four (4) option year periods.   Surge requirements do not apply.  Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.  The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
