Description
Courier Services for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and equipment and transportation services necessary to provide routine daily transport of diagnostic specimens, blood products, medical records, non-narcotic pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, inter-office communications, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) and miscellaneous packages. This shall include sterile and non-sterile RME. Weights of individual packages will vary, between approximately 1 to 50 lbs. All required packaging will be accomplished by VA staff in compliance with any applicable hazardous shipping requirements prior to pick-up.
