Description
The services procured under this action are the continuation of spacecraft and payload integration and processing; operations and development of associated processes and ground systems to support integration, processing, and launch; and servicing and testing of flight hardware. Specific tasks include:

- Assembly, test, checkout, and integration operations for Orion spacecraft and Space Launch Systems (SLS) launch vehicle hardware for Artemis missions,
- Assembly, test, checkout, and integration operations for pressurized and unpressurized orbital replacement units,
- Support to utilization payloads and research,

- Continuation of logistics services, including inventory management, storage, depot- level manufacturing and repair, kitting, staging and issuance, shipping, and transportation,
- Continuation of ground systems maintenance and sustaining,
- Support to the continued operation and maintenance of KSC launch complex systems, and
- Integration and deconfliction of concurrent Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) development and operations scheduling activities at multiple facilities (e.g., Vehicle Assembly Building, West Parksite, Pad 39B)
The current focus of TOSC services is the successful completion of ongoing post flight activities for the Artemis I mission within the Multi-Purpose Processing Facility to support turnover of the Crew Module to Orion. Critical support includes Command Module Ammonia Servicing System Deservicing, Post-Ops/Hyper Final Preps, Hyper Deservicing F- 1/Pre-Test Briefing, Final Hyper Water Flush and Decontamination, and Program Risk Assessments.
In addition, it is imperative that TOSC is to also perform successful completion of post- launch support activities with respect to Mobile Launcher 1 (ML-1) and launch pad repairs to continue progress towards the Artemis II and subsequent missions. Examples include ML-1 Pressure vessel repairs, Environmental Control Subsystem installation within the Vehicle Assembly Building, and support to the development and certification of the Liquid Hydrogen (LH2) sphere.
