Date: 29 May 2024
Time: 1230-1400 Pacific Time
Location: Teams

Description: The Epoch 2 team will host the creators of the Government Reference Architecture via Teams (Link & dial in # to be provided) to ensure industry is up to date on the most recent GRA (released 23 May 2024) and to answer unclassified questions regarding the GRA. Rachel Jung, rachel.jung@spaceforce.mil, Heather Tackett, heather.tackett@spaceforce.mil ,  and Eugene Plotkin, yevgeny.plotkin@spaceforce.mil when available, to ensure the GRA team can best prepare an answer.

With the publication of a new SOW edition (23 May 2024), our team would like to invite you to submit your comments and redlines to the program office NLT 14 June 1700 PDT. Submissions may be sent to Dr. Dave Heinrich, dave.heinrich.1.ctr@spaceforce.mil, Lt. Rachel Jung, rachel.jung@spaceforce.mil, and Heather Tackett, heather.tackett@spaceforce.mil. Update # 9 20240514 (ARS - PCO)

ALCON,

The E2 team has identified additional one-on-one availabilities and have determined the best use of those additional slots is to meet with OPIR payload providers. Payload vendors who were planning on attending a one-on-one with a prime can now elect to meet directly with the Government without attending with a prime.

Please reach out to the POCs to schedule your one-on-ones.

Update # 8 20240506 (ARS - PCO)

ALCON,

  1. Updated E2 GRA Model – We have made updates to our initial model. We recommend re-download the whole model packages from the Bidder's Library (DoD Safe request to Lt Jung if your application is still in works). Going forward, we will provide specific changes made to the model via “Change page” (as well as the Bidder's Library). This will ensure proper version control, however, please redownload to ensure a baseline is utilized.

  2. Draft RPP Response Due Date Extension – We’ve received a few requests from industry for a response due date extension. We understand your need for more time, and we appreciate your dedication and hard work to provide us with well-drafted response. With that, we are extending the 10 May deadline to (noon - 1200) 15 May. Please keep in mind that we appreciate your responses as soon as they are ready; this will allow our team the time to thoroughly review all your responses. Receiving all the responses on the same date will make it very difficult for E2 team to provide thorough review before our 1-on-1 meetings.

  3. 1-on-1 interest submit by COB 5/8 – please continue to coordinate with Lt Jung on 1-on-1 scheduling

Update #1 20240408 (ARS - PCO)

A question was asked and was answered by the E2 team.

Question : In the Epoch 2 Program Management Office Update to Industry dated January 2024, the draft schedule indicated proposals would be due 60 days after final RFP release.  The most recent Draft schedule released does not provide a due date for final proposals.  Is a similar timeline of 60 days still planned for final proposal submittal?

Answer: When the formal RPP is released, the Government intends to maintain a similar 60 days still planned for final proposal submittal.
