The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh has a requirement to supply and deliver Six (6) Module Touch Screen Key Cabinet System 110 volt with Six module security key cabinet system with 96 key locations including the 96 smart key with keyring and Six (6) Module Add-On Cabinet System with Six module security key cabinet system with 96 key locations including the 96 smart key with keyring or equivalent to the Embassy of the United States of America, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a firm fixed price type of one-time purchase order.  

The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to U.S. Despatch Agent located in 2801 Route 130 Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, United States of America.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

The Contractor shall deliver all ordered items to the U.S. Despatch Agent in accordance with the required/mentioned specifications and delivery terms set forth herein. The address is:

The Contractor shall deliver all items not later than 30 days after date of contract award.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to RiyadhContracting@state.gov  and quotations are due by 1700 hours, Tuesday, September 19, 2023. (Saudi Arabian time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

 Question Submission: Interested offerors may submit questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to the Contracting Officer by email at RiyadhContracting@state.gov on or before closing business 17:00 Hrs. Monday, September 11, 2023. Questions not received within this period will not be considered.
