Redwood City Maintenance Dredging 2023

This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set Aside, Invitation for
Bid(IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF,
SIC CODE:1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is
$37,000,000. All questions should be directed to Logan Champlin

Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

The work includes maintenance dredging of the Redwood City Channel to
-30-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the
dredged material to the Government-furnished site SF-11, Eden Landing, and SF DODs. 

This requirement is for Small Business Set Aside. It will be issued as an
Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed
Price(FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about September 15th, 2023 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

ALL BIDS will be due on/about October 16th, 2023 1:00 pm PST. The specific
date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE
ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION,
EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The
solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on
SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from
this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information,

The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to
view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into
