ROADWAY DUST CONTROL TREATMENT (MgC12) for the BLM Moab Field Office

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The BLM intends to award a firm fixed price contract for dirt road dust suppressant treatment (Magnesium Chloride) furnished and applied on 6 different segments of dirt road in Grand County near Moab, Utah.
