Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Ground Maintenance and Cleaning Services at Thetford, VT.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to mow and trim fine lawn at the Union Village Dam Project (~9 acres). In addition, the projects include cleaning one (1) restroom and one (1) picnic shelter; spring cleanup services; mulching, trimming and weeding landscape plantings; picnic table relocation; rough lawn mowing; and aeration. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following requirements and schedules.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
