Description
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, equipment and material to replace 3 gas fired furnaces and 3 condenser/evaporator units at QTRS 45 Units A, B, D.
SOLICITATION NO: 140P6322Q0025
LOCATION: Badlands National Park, Interior, SD 57750
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $25,000 and $100,000
NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $16.5 million.
NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: This project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business.
SCHEDULE: The government anticipates that work will be completed in 140 days including submittal period with work beginning in Aug 2022. The final performance start date is contingent on issuance of Notice to Proceed.
SITE VISIT: Site visits are highly encouraged. A pre quote site visit will be scheduled at Badlands National Park, Interior, SD. Reference 52.236-27-Site Visit (Construction) once the solicitation is issued for specific date/time/location.
The government intends to issue a formal Solicitation with construction specifications and drawings on or about June 24, 2022. If this date is delayed, the solicitation will follow as soon as possible. This is a PRELIMINARY NOTICE of a solicitation that will follow. The responses will be due approximately 30 days after the RFQ issue date, on/about July 25, 2022. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice
The RFQ package, including applicable attachments will be posted http://www.sam.gov. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided. Offerors must have a UEI number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
