Technical Information, Administrative, and Logistics Services 2 (TIALS-2)

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) intends to issue a sole source extension to the Technical Information, Administrative, and Logistics Services 2 (TIALS-2) contract. NASA GRC intends to acquire these services from Alcyon Technical Services (JV) LLC (ATS). The current contractor will provide uninterrupted services without duplication of effort that would otherwise be incurred if GRC were to award to another source in the interim period. The TIALS-2 contract supports the following requirements for NASA GRC’s mission: Logistics, Stock Purchases, Media Services Records Management and Archives/History Support, Library and Learning Center, Metrology, Administrative and Clerical Services, and Exhibits, during the period until all enterprise and local follow-on contracts are awarded, which is not anticipated to exceed eighteen months from the current contract expiration of March 31, 2023. This is anticipated to include a base extension option of six months, and twelve separate one-month option extensions. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Dawn Pottinger at dawn.r.pottinger@nasa.gov no later 9am eastern on March 30, 2023. Such capabilities qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
