Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure RDI Iris-MX motion amplification camera system and amplification kit with training on a Sole Source basis from RDI Technologies, Inc .
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the
Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority
