Project BKTZ232001 Repair Water Damage Building 801 and 736 at the 118th Wing, Berry Field ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work and Drawings. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00 and the small business Size Standard is: $39,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. The Construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. Contractor should check the website frequently for updates to this solicitation.
