Description

Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a requirement Wood Cross Arms/X-braces for Wood Pole Structures.

The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Casper, Wyoming; Cody, Wyoming; Cheyenne, Wyoming; and Sidney, Nebraska. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 321114; the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about September 2, 2022, at which time all information and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award.
NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 12:00 p.m. EDT, September 13, 2022. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via FedConnect.net. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
