The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for local removal services and intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to one or more responsible vendors. A BPA is similar to a credit account established with vendors under which numerous orders may be issued. It establishes no contractual obligation until an order is issued and a delivery is made. BPAs will be in effect for a period of five years upon award or until the determined maximum amount has been spent, whichever occurs first. Please note that the award of a BPA does not guarantee any quantity of business and that the Government may choose to award BPAs to more than one vendor and rotate business.
U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD orgreater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and servicesoffered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
Interested vendors should refer to the attached Statement of Work and supporting documentation and contact the London Procurement Team at the following email address: LondonProc@state.gov. Please use the subject line “19UK5624Q0022- Local Removal Services".
