Description
Rx Bandz Inc., Austin, Texas, was awarded a $12,334,570 cost-plus-fixed-fee SBIR Phase III contract for tactical injection kit development. This contract provides for the development of an FDA-approved auto-injector device that can deliver a pre-measured dose of ketamine for mild sedation at point of injury in austere environments and/or during patient transport. Work will be performed in Fairfield, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 1, 2029.
