Description

NOAA operates multiple vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and several of these vessels are homeported in Pascagoula, Mississippi. There is also the expectation that NOAA vessels will begin utilizing pier facilities at the Port of Gulfport, Mississippi in 2024. There is the possibility of a need for a tug to support transits to and from these ports and surrounding navigable waterways as well as vessel movements (pier shifts), this requirement is a BPA request for such services as they arise.
