This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 238160, and the business size standard is $16.5 million. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal services to remove and replace the Barnes building roof at the Mauna Loa Atmospheric Baseline Observatory located in Waimea, HI.

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (NOV 2021) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND UNIQUE ENTITY ID/CAGE CODE.
