Description
Fire Truck Repair Service
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-24-Q-0008 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 2001-24.
This acquisition is Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5M. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month
base period and four 12-month option periods. The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is January 23, 2024.
This requirement will provide apparatus maintenance and repair services for the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located in Richmond, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the apparatus maintenance and repair services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW).
Department of Labor Wage Determination No.: 2015-4331 / Revision No.: 24 applies to this requirement.
Award will be made on a sole source basis to Atlantic Emergency Solutions (64W41) The Justification for other than full and open (J&A) is attached. However, any interested vendor may contact the Contract Specialist for any questions or additional information.
The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
