Description
The purpose of this Statement of Requirements is to establish a one-time sole source purchase to obtain 6.5mm Creedmoor (6.5 CM) Ammunition. The ammunition’s purpose is for use in determining a future weapons platform for the United States Secret Service Counter Sniper program and the Rowley Training Center. This requirement is in support of training and operational use.
