The anticipated delivery order provides for the added requirement to procure Fiscal Year (FY) 23 United States Navy (USN) Spare Parts for Harpoon Missile System. Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of FY23.

Small businesses interested in subcontracting possibilities may contact Tiffany Blocker (tiffany.a.blocker@boeing.com), Boeing. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302. The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the supplies and services anticipated under these orders. The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
