Description

The Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center currently has a requirement for the full renovation of the 1D Clinic Suite (1,310 sq ft approximately). 36C25725B0012 The contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, supplies, tools and equipment, supervision and construction services necessary for the 1D Clinic Renovation project. All necessary testing and commissioning shall be required. Services will be performed at the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System (STXVHCS), Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio, TX 78229. Network Contracting Office 17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract. The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Period of Performance: The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 210 calendar days or less after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NAICS & Size Standard: The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. Construction Magnitude: The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
