Description

The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT. intends to issue a solicitation for the 1st      quarter requirements for Bread (various types).  This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination.  Delivery dates will begin April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022

(2 deliveries per week over a 3 month period, every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery of bread will be on racks with wheels).  Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 ½ Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811.  The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price.  The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.  Awards will be based equally on price and past performance.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quote.

Quoters are always expected to:

Deliver the product on the time as agreed.

Deliver the precise quantity requested.

Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
