Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for L3 Harris X75 Portable radio made specifically for Navy use. This will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
