Description
This requirement is Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 3 (MMPI-3) Q Local Report in support of Department of the Army DCS G1, Army Talent Management Taskforce (ATMTF). The MMPI-3 establishes one of the most reliable and valid psychological assessments on the market. This assessment assists in not only identifying underlying personality and psychopathology, but it also helps to identify a candidate’s desired presentation to others as well as identifying potentially counter-productive leadership traits that are inherently opposed to what the US Army seeks in its senior leaders.
