Description

CFX Opus 96 Real-Time PCR System- per specifications.

- Real-Time PCR System for gene expression analysis (relative quantity and normalized expression) for multiple genes, including PCR quantification with standard curve, end-point analysis and melting curve analysis.

- Flexible 96-well sample block for sample volumes ranging 10-50 µl.

- Optical Detection System with multiple filtered photodiodes and detection absorbance spectra in 450-684 nm/emission spectra in 515-730 range.

- Detection sensitivity: target gene equivalent to one copy of eukaryotic genomic DNA and fluorescin ≤ fmol.

- Multiplex analysis capable for up to 5 target genes per well.

- Reaction block temperature ranging 4-100 °C with average ramp rate of 3.3 °C/sec, including lid heating capable of 30-100 °C.

- Thermal accuracy within ±0.2 °C.

- Operational gradient ranging from 30 to 100 °C.

- Operating system using Windows 7 and above version (optimal Windows 10, 64-bit).

- Data analysis capable for graphic presentation, such as bar charts, dot plots, scatter plots, etc.) and basic statistical analysis, such as t-test and one-way ANOVA.

- Data export functions including graphs and spreadsheets compatible with Microsoft Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
