Description

FFP IDIQ for Base Telecommunications Services. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel with certifications, equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles. Contractor will provide onsite, duty hours 0730 to 1630, and available 24-7, supervision and personnel with management experience in Operation and Maintenance (OM) services for telephone switched networks, Inside and Outside plant, other Telecommunication Systems services in accordance with PWS Attachment 2. Work under this PWS will support the mission of 4th Communications Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and geographically separated units by providing highly reliable wired telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services. The Contractor shall perform OM and other services required to ensure the Base Telecommunications System is available 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The BTS consists of the base telephone system switch, the outside plant (OSP), inside plant (ISP), network and transmission systems, and all associated equipment described in this PWS, which may include other systems (e.g. radio, etc.). The Contractor shall operate and maintain all BTS equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DoD), and United States Air Force (AF) policies and regulations, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. PIEE Amendment 0001 - No SF30 was for SB Set-aside in PIEE/SAM only. PIEE Amendment 0002 - No SF 30. All questions shall be submitted to both POCs listed NLT 29 May 2023 at 9:00 AM EDT. Amendment 0001 provided in attached PDF schedules a Site visit and extends due date for questions and proposals.
