Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Climate controlled storage of physical x-ray files in support of Navy Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) and Norfolk Navy Shipyard Branch Medical Clinic (NNSY BMC). The prospective contract will contain a base year and four Option years.

Competition Approach: Full and Open Competition.

Questions or Clarifications: All questions are to be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist: yuleiny.garciacontreras.civ@health.mil and Contracting Officer: andrew.j.pounds2.civ@health.mil with email subject: Requirement HT940623Q0084. The Government may not respond to questions received less than 3 days prior to the due date and time for receipt of quotations.

Submission of Quote and Due Date: Quotes are required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at andrew.j.pounds2.civ@health.mil and Contract Specialist at yuleiny.garciacontreras.civ@health.mil on or before the date and time specified in the SF 1449 -Block 8 of Page l. The quote shall conform with the requirements listed in this solicitation. Thoroughly read the Quote Preparation Requirement Section for instructions and quote requirements.
