Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Defense Health Agency, Southern Markets – Contracting Division (SM-CD) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Media Lab Inc. to provide licensing subscriptions of Document Control & Accreditation Maintenance.

This is considered a sole source to Media Lab Inc. because, to the best of the SM-CD’s knowledge based on market research conducted, Media Lab Inc. is the sole source provider authorized to provide Media Lab licensed subscriptions for Document Control & Accreditation Maintenance software. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 4:00 PM ET on July 28, 2023. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Matthew Brinkmann, via email at matthew.j.brinkmann.civ@health.mil and Contracting Officer, La Quita Mox, via email at  laquita.l.mox.civ@health.mil  no later than the time and date noted above.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
