Description
Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to issue a modification for a budget realignment and period of performance (PoP) extension by 12 months under the GHSC-PSM IDIQ AID-OAA-I-15-00004/Task Order AID-OAA-TO-15-00010 with Chemonics International Inc. The period of performance extension will allow USAID Missions to continue procuring lifesaving family planning/reproductive health commodities and continue strengthening the country supply chain systems as USAID transitions from the GHSC-PSM program to the NextGen follow-on.
