Description
Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove one existing ceiling mounted packaged cooling unit and associated equipment, to include condensate drain lines and install one new 2 ton direct expansion split system in the ADP Room 317 at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 15 calendar days after the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The solicitation will be issued on October 15, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on November 13, 2024. Anticipated award date is December 20, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
