Description

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, In-Service Vessel Sustainment team has a requirement to procurement one (1) each BOSS Oily Water Separator, P/N BOSS 2.2T-107-YM, for the final vessel undergoing the 225' WLB Major Maintenance Availability.  It is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate only with H2O, LLC, the only known authorized dealer for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).  However, sources capable of providing the part number requested may submit their capabilities by the established due date of December 28, 2022.  Information submitted must include verification that the source can provide the part number requested (no substitutes will be accepted) and that the source is an authorized dealer for the OEM.  Submission of this information shall not impede award of this purchase order.  The NAICS is 333310.  The Government does not possess the required engineering and technical documentation required to enable a competitive acquisition.  All documentation is proprietary to the OEM.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.  This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1.  For information regarding this acquisition contact the Contracting Officer listed herein.
