PMA-201 Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Joint Common Test Set (JCTS) Contract Engineering Technical Services (CETS) Field Service Representative (FSR)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole-source Delivery Order N0001924F2592 under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006  to The Boeing Company, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 for the procurement of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Joint Common Test Set (JCTS) Contract Engineering Technical Services (CETS) Field Service Representative (FSR) support for Harpoon Weapon System. 

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  

The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Harpoon/SLAM-ER Weapon System and its related equipment. The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the efforts anticipated under this delivery order. The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon/SLAM-ER and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government's requirement.
