Description

The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 830 usable square feet of retail space located near Furr Street, South Hill, VA and within the radii shown below:

North: Intersection of US Hwy 637 and Woodland Drive to Intersection of US Interstate 85 and US Hwy 1

East:  Intersection of US Hwy 1 and US Interstate 85 to the intersection of US Hwy 58 and Wedgewood Drive

South: Intersection of US Hwy 58 and Wedgewood Drive to the intersection of US Hwy 58 and US Hwy 1

West: Plank Road and Raleigh Avenue
