Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced Contract for brand name Adobe Licenses & Products. 

Expected delivery date is September 30, 2024. 

EVALUATION CRITERIA: 
This requirement is a total small business set-aside Contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210 “Software Publishers”. Award will be for One 12-month Base Period with Two 12-month Option Periods. 

The associated NAICS code is 511210, “Software Publishers”. 

Responses will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. 

After receipt of quotes, the Government will first evaluate the lowest price quote. If the lowest price quote is determined to be technically acceptable and otherwise properly awardable, no further evaluations will be conducted, and award will be made. If, however, the lowest price quote is determined to be technically unacceptable and/or otherwise not properly awardable, further evaluations will be conducted until a Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable offer is found. 

A.    A quotation shall be deemed acceptable if it meets all the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
B.    Provides pricing for the required items as described in the Pricing Section.
C.    Vendor must provide authentic Adobe.
D.    Vendor must provide proof that it is an Authorized Reseller/Partner for Adobe.
