The minimum specifications for a refrigerated super speed centrifuge are the following

Must include production of mouse monoclonal IgG antibodies
Antibodies must recognize Car i 2 protein amino or carboxyl terminal region
Antibodies distinguish between two antigenic domains of Car i 2
Production must include at least five selected clones for each antigen specific antibody
Report must include epitope binning for each clone
Report must include antibody sequencing for up to five selected clones for each antigen specific antibody (10 total)
Must include protein A/G purification of at least one clone for each antigen specific antibody (2 total)
