NP2000-EPCS Propeller Production

This requirement is for manufacturing and engineering services of the NP2000, Eight (8) Blade Propeller, EPCS for the C-130H aircraft and procurement of initial spares.  It also includes program management and logistics support planning requirements.  The Contract consists of a 1 year basic order with nine (9) option years. The Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). 

The work to be performed by the Contractor shall consist of providing all personnel, materials, services, facilities, and data management to deliver NP2000 and EPCS kits, spares and services as defined in the SOW.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a fair and reasonable price in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 6.302.  This requirement will be sole source to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, 1 Hamilton Road Mailstop 2-M-1-A, Windsor Locks, CT 06096-1000, CAGE Code 73030, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 

The overall objectives of the Production Contract are as follows:

• Manufacture, test and deliver NP2000 and EPCS kits
• Manufacture, test and deliver spares
• Provide management and engineering support
• Provide logistics support planning
