Description

Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement for High Speed Manueverable Seaborne Targets. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336612. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.

This project includes, but is not limited to the following:  High Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Targets, See the attached list of full specifications. This requirement is for commercial, center console boats which will be used as High Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Targets. The craft shall be capable of sustained speeds of forty plus (40+) knots in full load operating condition in sea state three. The HSMST shall have a deep “V” ocean-going heavy duty, ruggedized aluminum hull Be built to meet American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) standards. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.
