Description

Description This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24920R0007 for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services. Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, also known as the parent facility, requires CBOC services providing Primary Care in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in Dover, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, (IDIQ) Contract(s), made to offeror(s) who can successfully place a competitive proposal to operate a CBOC in the desired location, in Dover, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. (Be advised a further delineated area may be defined in the solicitation). Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business Offerors must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Additionally, Service-Disabled Veteran owned, and Veteran owned contractors must be registered with Vets 100 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/fcp. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 621498 with a size standard of $22.0 million. Award will be made to the offeror(s) whose proposal(s) is responsive and conforming to the RFP and are also determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 source selection procedures.
