Support Equipment & Vehicles (SE&V) Modernization and Innovation Summit - 3336

The Support Equipment & Vehicles (SE&V) organization (AFLCMC/WNZ) is attending the International Ground Support Equipment (IGSE) Expo in lieu of hosting the annual SE&V Modernization and Innovation Summit in Georgia for 2023. The SE&V Technology and Modernization Program (STMP) has reserved a conference room for 2 days to introduce, discuss, and understand technological advancements that affect its portfolio. The 2-day event will include industry engagement, government expectations, and opportunities to engage directly with the customer.

This Industry Day notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Modernization and Innovation Summit 23’ at International GSE Expo notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals for any requirement discussed in the Modernization and Innovation Summit 23’ at International GSE Expo materials.

Participants are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Modernization and Innovation Summit 23’ at International GSE Expo notice. The Government will not assume liability for incurred expenses. All costs associated with responding to this notice and attending the Modernization and Innovation 23’ at International GSE Expo will be solely at the responding party's expense. It is the responsibility of the vendor who is interested in any potential future solicitation(s) to monitor all sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.
