This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-08.
This solicitation is a Full and Open competition utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million Dollars. The FSC/PSC is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.
The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking to consolidate the individual station contracts into one VISN 10 contract while continuing to provide data interface between VA VISTA and Omnicell and Pyxis. This effort is to streamline acquisition, include new facilities not currently under contract, and to ultimately ease administrative burden for both the Government and the Awarded Vendor, through a consolidated contract.
