Description

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the supply and delivery of new Electronic Equipment for the IC Admin Support Units, Yerevan, Armenia.

The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Solicitation 19GE5022Q0032” on or before July 1, 2022, 15:00 CET to ReinmuellerNU@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov.

No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.

Please follow the Instructions to Offerors on page 12 of the solicitation. Proposals that are missing a significant amount of the required information may be determined to be non-responsive and eliminated from consideration at the Government's discretion.

An active SAM registration is condition for contract award.

Any questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Ms. Nadja Reinmueller at ReinmuellerNU@state.gov no later than 15:00 CET on June 20, 2022.  Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
