R499 - NCTRF Femail Size Standardization and Uniform Improvement Extended Size Range Plus Block Study

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source Purchase Order to Alvanon, Inc. for Female Size Standardization and Uniform Improvements - Extended Size Range - Plus Block Study. This service requires data development and analysis, virtual and physical product development that will occur over five separate but overlapping phases. The estimated period of period of performance shall begin (10) day ADC and the service completion shall not exceed 12 months from the date of award. The estimated period of performance is from 10 July 2023 to 14 June 2024. This purchase will be procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 10 July 2023.
