JOB ORDER CONTRACT INDUSTRY DAY

General Information

General: This is a non-personal services contract to provide a Job Order Contract (JOC) procurement for the South Pacific Division (SPD) and Sacramento District (SPK) customers including U. S. Army Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) and the Presidio of Monterey/Ord Military Community. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

A. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the JOC as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

B. Objectives: The construction services provided include the management, planning, and execution of a broad variety of sustainment, maintenance repair and minor construction work for Government facilities. Consisting of, but not limited to, office buildings, medical facilities, classrooms, shops, storage areas, barracks, dining facilities, HVAC systems, storm drainage systems, civil works, ranges, metals, electrical systems, parking lots, roadways, bridges and culverts, landscaping, fire stations, security stations, renovation/repair projects, utility buildings, utility systems, site improvements and grounds, on an as needed basis. These services shall be furnished in response to duly authorized Task Orders.

C. Type of Contract: The Government will award a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for construction.

The purpose of this IN PERSON Industry Day is to facilitate understanding of the JOC, an Industry Day at MOTCO is proposed to be on 24 JAN 2023@1000PST. The installation access request for MOTCO (SF 190-3), and the relevant forms (NCIC Consent Form, Camera Pass) will need to be submitted to MOTCO_CORRESPONDENCE@usace.army.mil NO LATER THAN 17 JAN 2023 @ 1430 PST. Please note that currently, ONLY US Citizens are allowed access to MOTCO.

Please plan to arrive by 0915-0930 PST at ACP 5 (686 Nichols Rd., Bay Point CA) to ensure sufficient time is available to process all access badges as there is only one processing station currently open.
