Description
Project: BI19CR300Q8, Crow 18-Plex Apartment Building Construction
The Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary work to achieve required outcomes, including materials, labor, equipment, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), internal construction permits, incidental design, travel, tribe fees, and other related expenses to construct the Crow 18-Plex Apartment Building. The project is located on the grounds of the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, in Crow Agency Montana on the Crow Indian Reservation.
Notice to Proceed (NTP) is anticipated to be issued in early spring 2023, after winter weather has concluded.

This project will be procured as an Unrestricted, Full & Open solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236116 New Multifamily Housing Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $39.5 million.
CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be greater than $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(h).
