Description

Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) – Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). In accordance with FAR 16.504, Indefinite-Quantity Contracts, this is a solicitation for a multiple award IDC with a five (5) year ordering period effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2026.   This will be a Multiple Award IDC for Orleans Parish.

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform nursing home services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana VA Healthcare System (SLVAHS) , for a multiple award fixed-unit price five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), with Five (5) One (1) Year ordering periods from this solicitation. NAICS Code 623110, PSC/FSC Q402.

Services Rendered at VA Per Diem Rates.  Upon acceptance of a VA patient by the CNH, if and when requested by the VA Contracting Officer or authorized representative, the Contractor shall furnish all supplies and services herein described, at the per diem rates for the ”Levels of Care” specified in the Summary of Schedules of Items included in this IDC. The VA “Levels of Care” are defined as an attachment in Section D.1 of the solicitation and the IDC. VA is obligated only to the extent authorized placement of patients is made in accordance with this IDC.
