Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:    

•    The space must be contiguous. 
•    The space must be located on the ground floor. 
•    The space must be able to accommodate at least two (2) overhead doors with the minimum dimensions of 10 ft. wide x 14 ft. overhead clearance.
•    Warehouse space that allows for mezzanine space (25’ ceiling clearance).

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
