Amendment one:

The purpose of this amendment is to

1. Extend the RFQ response date from 3:00pm EST 21 August 2024 to 3:00PM EST 23 August 2024

2. Post the answers to questions recevied and;

3. Identify a site visit to be held at 1PM CST 23 August 2024.

SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS:

A Site Visit will be held at 1PM CST August 21, 2024. If you are interested, please email Andrew.sawyer@usda.gov No later than 09:00am EST on 8/21/2024 to receive instructions on participation in the site visit. 

Please include “12FPC424Q0091 TN Janitorial Services Site Visit” in the subject line to avoid oversite. If you have already identified your interest in attending a site visit, please send a new email requesting instructions for a site visit to avoid oversite.

No questions will be answered at the site visit.  Please submit all questions in writing NLT 0900 August 22, 2024.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation number 12FPC424Q0091 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Subpart 12.6 are being utilized. The Government anticipates that this solicitation may result in the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase order, to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024
(iv) This is a 100% set aside for Small Business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 - Janitorial Services which has a size standard of $22 million. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.

Description of Requirement:
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (excluding toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a healthy, clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall ensure cleaning is performed to improve the total environment of the facilities. Please see “Attachment A - Statement of work _ TN janitorial Services” for further details.
