Description
The Command Assessment Program (CAP) requires an in-person facilitator-led certification workshop for operational psychologist cadre on the three core Hogan personality-based assessments that were acquired on 28 April 2023 in contract W9124D-23-P-0065: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
