Description
Provide preventative maintenance for 21 pieces of warehouse equipment (folklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment), and provide a minimum of three (3) each PM services for each piece of equipment annually or based upon manufacturer recommendations. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with guidelines set by the United States Department of Agriculture. The Contractor shall provide all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor and all other provisions required to perform the task of vehicle government repair services for the Beltsville Service Center located at 6351 Ammendale Road, Beltsville, Maryland. This will be a 12 month time and materials contract with a PoP of 09/30/2024 to 09/29/2025. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
